INSURANCE

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna insurances.  You can find out about your in-network benefits by calling the number on the back of your insurance card prior to session.

If you have an insurance provider that I am not currently in-network with, many insurances have out-of-network benefits that will reimburse a portion of the out of pocket costs you pay for therapy services.  You can find out about your out-of-network benefits by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.  I will provide a super-bill to you that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.
