INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Utilizing 50 minute individual psychotherapy sessions, I guide my patients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them find healing. Individual psychotherapy might be right for you if you are looking for your own space to process and heal, to work toward and achieve goals, or even if you are unsure of what you need and would like some help uncovering what that might be.

EYE-MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING (EMDR)

EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.  It can be used for treatment of Childhood Trauma, Grief/Loss, Depression and Other Mood Disorders, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Addictive Behaviors, Stress Management, Relationship Improvement, Self-esteem Improvement, Other Traumatic Experiences (for example: Relationship Trauma, Car Crashes, Medical Trauma, Natural Disasters).

GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY

Though it may sound intimidating, group therapy is a wonderful place to improve communication and socialization skills, work through relational issues, social anxiety, and to build meaningful connections with others. Group therapy also allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues. WALK & TALK THERAPY

Walk & talk therapy involves getting out of the office and into the community/nature for your 50 minute individual therapy session.  Clients who have personal movement goals, who may want accountability for exercise, or who do not prefer the in-office approach to counseling benefit from this option.
